Encourage practical housing solutions that help more people live in the community where they work, while continuing to explore partnerships, incentives, infrastructure funding, and other available tools.

• Expand use of MUPTE and other development tools 
• Secure state and federal funding for housing infrastructure 
• Build partnerships that make projects financially feasible 

Strengthen Florence by investing in families. Strong families create a stronger workforce and community.

• Support local employers by helping working families 

Lead with collaboration, respect, and fiscal responsibility. Work together, spend wisely, and solve problems.
